I swear your system is designed to frustrate your customers so they can just give up your guys phone system is ridiculous your can't evens hear the consultant over the phone properly I've been trying to cancel a insurance on my credit now for the past week I have made several attempts to get my insurance canceled but I get put through to different departments no one can assist me stating that my insurance was canceled on 22 August 2022 but they can't assist me with a paid up letter when I request the letter they state that there is an insurance on the card that I need to cancel how does this work when they say it's already been canceled this is very frustrating situation very ver bad service 😤😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
