Very very very uphappy customer

The worst customer service ever ever ever. I had broken pipe that leaked water did put a claim in with my insurance on the 12 Febraury they came to fix the pipe but my kitchen is in a state for weeks now. Construction was send out and i requested that i will take the settlement quote. Now the bank give approval for some contracted without consulting me or without my approval went i told they in the beginning am going to take the settlement quote. I called over R200 airtym after them these people do not return any of my calls or emails and my kitchen is still in a mess. I would not recommend standard to anyone full of lies.
