Very very poor service

Good day

I have been trying to cancel my policy for over a months now because you guys could not give me a better premium, everyone have been sending me from Pillar to post and i am running out of time.

Today (27/09/2023) i have been informed that it will only be processed within 8 to days and tba will lead to a debit on my account, every single day i am receiving new information about the cancellation everyday.

This is so unprofessional of such a big company.
