Very very poor professionalism by standard bank.

i am very disappointed with Standard bank home assistance and their professionalism towards their customers. 1. they would have costed me between R2000 to R3000 out of my own pocket, even i was dilligent enough and asked questions. 2. they belive their contractors over their customers 3. they dont get back to you regarding claims

i plan on moving my portfolio very soon.
