Very useless and waist of time and money on this insurance

3 times now in 3 years I have tried to make 3 claims. 1. The earth quake of 2023- house was quite damaged including a 6 month old renewed cottage. Result : Denied 2. House invasion - excess of just replacing 2meters of barbed wire was expected before work was done even though there was more damages then just the barbed wire. Result: I laughed and told the contractor to leave it I will do everything on my own. 3. Since the big storms over my area early this year I have not got an assessor appointed or contact me to view my roof and ceiling. I have been told they tried to contact but it was a lie. I have been told there was never a claim in the 1st place. I was told an assessor was not appointed, so I tried again last week Friday. I am now trying to contact the handler and yet no answer just a prompt to select them to call me back. I am losing my patience and getting very annoyed. Premiums always rising but no service.
