Very Unprofessional service with no feedback

A warning to most Standard Bank bond holders!!! They take a unacceptable long time to process a claim. You cannot get to speak to a human being there, its like phoning the moon. My nightmare started on 12 January 2022. I sent through a claim to various emails as I knew this was going to be a mission after trying to phone first. After about 4 emails I was advised that an assessor was coming to take a look. All good to now. Then I was advised after numerous queries that the work was beyond the scope of the contractor and they would send out a Mr Dikgang Mosime....well the first time he came there was no formal time of meeting and he just arrived at the property and could not get access because we were not aware what time he would be there. So another week passed while we had to to wait for the assessor to arrive. He eventually came and then requested further documentation which we promptly emailed to all and sundry. By then I had lodged a complaint and a sweet lady phoned me from the complaints department but to know avail and just demurely apologized for our frustration. The two ladies in the claims department Refilwe Rametsi and Karabo Ledwaba hardly respond and I was advised to work with Karabo after Refilwe went on holiday. Then I was advised that my mails to Karabo are going to her spam mail which I think was done on purpose as she did receive my earlier mails. Today almost a month later the first assessor phoned my assistant Ashleigh and advised that he had got hold of the claims division and they advised there is still outstanding documentation???? We have never been contacted for any more outstanding documentation?? This has become a joke and I will definitely take out other insurance once this claim is resolved with a more professional service provide who will be results drive. I have worked with Standard Bank for many years and it is sad to see this level of degeneration of service from one of my favorite banks. My Policy number is HLB***
