Very poor service

I called to change my debit order date on one of my policies to the 25th of every month somehow Nobuhle kubheka cancel the debit order for the month of January 2024.I called in to find out why and what is happening and could not get any response,I was told that the Team leader Fransiena will call me back and since no call from fransiena,,,can the person that cancel my debit order make sure that she pays that R420 into my policy ...This is the worst service ever from this bank
