Very poor service

I recently received my insurance policy and rep**** to discuss the increase. I receive an email stating the reference number (***6 and ***8) and then a day later get another e-mail asking me to rate the service. I have done this twice. No one from Standard Bank Insurance contacts me but the call gets closed. What kind of service is this?
