VERY POOR

My Solar geyser stand collapsed due to a strong gust of wind two weeks ago. I claim was submitted on Monday 30.09.2024 and i am yet to receive my payout. My claim has been with their Accessor since last week and this individual has done nothing . I have been calling daily and each time i am told that they are escalating the matter but still nothing . This morning after 8am i was told that i will be sorted in 10 to 15 minutes but its almost COB and nothing . DO better SBSA . A few years ago my account was once in a 200 RAND NEGATIVE and there was no shortage of calls ....
