Very poor customer service

A claim was done on the 1st October 2022 was water damage and it was a constant follow up from my side to the bank. They promise they will call you back to no avail and their procurement section leaves a lot to desire. You call the call centre and must wait for ten minutes before been assisted. I sent an email of compliant to no avail.
