Very horrible services

Horrible service by standard bank funeral policy, advice was that payment will be made within 48 hours, now it been days with no payment and no information, policy ws deducted on my bak statement with standard bank missing any deduction, whe it time for claim it go for more than promise made, this service is so **** and not think about people to take care of funeral and expenses going with, I would not advise anyone to join this useless policy from standard bank only **** I can say
