Very disappointed with standard Bank building insurance service I'm thinking of canceling my insurance
Hi my name is neela Mansraj I'm very disappointed with standard Bank building insurance service I registered a claim with them for the storm damage to my house i call standard Bank and ask them to pay me out i said i would get my own service provider to do the repairs and standard Bank refused to pay me out. The reason I would like to get my own service provider is because of past issues with the service provider's that standard Bank sent out to my property and the work was not done properly i would like someone from management to contact me ASAP regarding this matter i called standard Bank building insurance so many times today i did not get any help .my claim number is:Hlc24/000320 my cell phone number is *** contact me ASAP

22 Jan 2024, 19:00Please note i don't want the service provider to come drop off the doors when the service provider called me on Sunday afternoon at about 4mp they only said the claim was approved i said i was not going to be home and I needed to speak to standard Bank to find out what exactly was they paying for i would like standard Bank to pay me out the full amount r28000 for the builder you can can't tell me that a service provider can purchase materials for a job on a Sunday afternoon at 4mp

Please note i don't want the service provider to come drop off the doors when the service provider called me on Sunday afternoon at about 4mp they only said the claim was approved i said i was not going to be home and I needed to speak to standard Bank to find out what exactly was they paying for i would like standard Bank to pay me out the full amount r28000 for the builder you can can't tell me that a service provider can purchase materials for a job on a Sunday afternoon at 4mp

23 Jan 2024, 17:37Hi I'm very upset I wasted my day waiting for the service provider to deliver the doors and they never. As I said to the lady that called me from standard Bank building insurance I won't be available from tomorrow i don't understand if the doors was bought on Sunday the 21st of January the service provider was supposed to have the doors with them not be picking up the from the warehouse today and even so the doors were supposed to be delivered at 1.30 pm today it's now 17:30 now I will not accept the doors i want started bank to pay me out the full amount of R28000 thanks can the person from the complaints department to call me ASAP regarding this issue
