very disappointed In Standard Bank insurance

There was major storm damage on my farm with trees falling on my sheep houses and roofs blown off on my house .The claim was submitted 2 weeks back but still awaiting response from Standard bank .I have told them this is very serious and if it isn't repaired soon there will be more damage to the property. For the last 2 weeks I have called everyday waiting on the line for more than 40min just to hear we will look into it .Never thought that I could have such an bad experience from a big institution like Standard Bank
