Very disappointed

My experience initially was good but at this point and time I am very disappointed, my car was in an accident in November and written off, the claim was approved and authorized, but as we speak the payment haven't been made to settle my car, I have sent countless emails trying to follow-up on this issue, and now the interest rates are increasing with me not having credit shortfall it is now an issue because the amount owed has increased.
