VERY DELAYED INSURANCE CLAIM

Just expressing my total disappointment regarding the service received in my claim thus far, it's been 5 months and to date no resolution on my claim. What's frustrating is that senior claims management seem to be going back and forth for 5 months with numerous consultants and we are not sure if they will repair or pay cash for repairs, this makes me loose all faith in the banks credibility after me making 49 calls and 8 visits to 2 branches, with no constructive feedback. All we want settlement of claim due asap.
