Very bad service Standard Bank Insurance
I request that they remove my vehicles the end of March 2021 from my insurance. They remove it immediately and not following my instructions. Trying to get it back on seems impossible as the refer me from one consultant to the other. When I ask to speak to a manager they put the phone down. Very unprofessional

23 Mar 2021, 11:54The complaint is not resolved yet. Seem the company cannot do a simple task like butting a cancellation on hold. Until end of the month when they are informed of a planned cancellation in advance.
