Very bad service

I have emailed everyday this week but absolutely no acknowledgement or response to my emails. I had to hold on for more than 30 minutes for an agent to take my call last week. I was promised by Shula a plumber would come assess my geyser leak last Monday.still noone has come out. I have never had a pleasant experience dealing with Std bank home insurance. Why is your service so disgustingly bad????
