Very bad insurance company

I am very disappointed with standard bank insurance after being posted pillar to corner after I submitted a claim, they told me I am under hollard insurance when phone hollard they said you are under debrolink after phoning debrolink they come up with stories o f my claim, I am very desperate I don't know who can help me out with my claim and I am warning every one who uses standard bank insurance to be very careful otherwise you will be disappointed upon the claim
