Very bad experience with standard Bank.1

Iam really disappointed with the funeral insurance of standard Bank, if they know that the their payment will delay why do they force themselves to run that kind of policy. Is now the second time! The first time Girlfriend’s mom passed on, the payment was delayed, they had to borrow money which had to have interest. And now Her dad was buried in Saturday and still no payments where done. People have to keep borrowing money unnecessarily. Standard Back should invest in Banking and give funeral cover services to Businesses that understand urgency.
