Vehicle insurance is the pits never ****ing trust and banking with this institution so help me god.

Absolutely disgusted and reported by the service provided by the vehicle insurance in Standard Bank. A personal loan was taken by my fiancé for 55,000 to pay off the car. Personal loan is 2000 Rands a month 29 February 2 weeks after my partner had paid off his car, you guys proceeded to still take money from his account for the car which is 5500 Rands yet the car is paid off. It has been a constant back-and-forth this entire week to actually get the money back. Our rent has not been paid. Luckily, we have a landlord who knows. We are consistent payers, therefore has been lenient with us, but the fact that he has to be compromised because of you guys incompetence is absurd. I will make sure the smatter also reaches social media because we are tired of Standard Bank when it comes to taking the money from the account it’s all happy day, but when it’s time to return any money because of an inconvenience, you caused. It is a problem I speak to this matter to be fixed with immediate effect.
