Vehicle Hire

This is my claim NUMBER SHS ********** 6861. At this stage I am completely unhappy. These 086 numbers at the call centers are of no use. When you give your current details for policy update it is not completed. I am still waiting to get an sms iro vehicle hire as my vehicle needs to go in at 10H00 tomorrow. I am not really sure if my cell number has been updated as I am not getting any SMS's. This really sucks. After this I am going to cancel my Insurance and look for a better response elsewhere As I am already 57 years of age. It was the Company who who was authorized by my insurance that sms'd me to say that my claim has been approved for vehicle repairs. This is unacceptable. Now I have to wait for the vehicle hire company.
