Vehicle finance standard bank

Standard bank vehicle finance has treated me very bad. My vehicle was written off Nov 2020 . And even now I can't purchase a new vehicle because standard bank is withholding information from Hollard. I have a shortfall cover with hollard and its been a while hollard requesting documents from standard bank so that they can proceed with my claim. Standard bank has not responded. I'm from protea Glen mall standard bank branch 2 ask for assistance. They gave me a phone 2 call the vehicle assets department I held for an hour no one picked up. M not happy with standard bank . I also bank with them I'm taking my account elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend standard bank to anyone
