Utterly Pathetic Service

<p>They broke into our house and destroyed our safety gate and front door.</p> <p>I called Standard Bank Insurance from before 10:00 o'clock in the morning and requested emergency repairs.</p> <p>Everytime they send me a sms with the contractor details, I phone the contractor who tells me they can't assist. Then I phone STD Bank again, after which they send another contractor...same story....</p> <p>At 12:00 I explained to them that I'm a pregnant lady that just want my front door fixed so I can sleep in my house tonight as they also do not offer alternative housing. Anyone is free to enter our house as they please as we have no doors!!!</p> <p>They promised to call me right back. I called again at 13:00. They promised to call me right back. I called again at 14:00. They informed me that they do not have anyone that can assist with emergency repairs. They informed me that they'll try and find someone again...and guess what...they promised to call me right back?! Whatever!!! I've spoken to Flora, to Gideon, and probably the entire call centre staff....to no avail! A 100 contract minutes later....I'm sleeping with an open door tonight as my insurance is up to S%^&!</p> <p> </p>
