UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THE INSURANCE AND SUPPLIERS ARE THEIVES

Utterly disgusting service. Had my pipes ****** last night and I contact the insurance and they said they sending a plumber to sort out. Dillon Plumber comes with no parts or tools do the job and the plumbers even stole my pipes!! I call standard bank and they tell me to wait 25 days , imagine 25 days to be reinstated back to the same position of having flowing water! Ask for a manager and they always in a meeting , no accountability, no honesty and pathetic service , too quick to take premiums but they still not making contact with me
