Useless workers employed at standard bank insurance

This bank is terrible along with its insurance brokers, useless to the core. Its 1hour since I'm waiting for them to answer my call just to change my banking details for a successful monthly debit order!

But if the debit is missed they started sending sms's.

I will cancel my funeral cover soon. Ill join a reputable company elsewhere!
