Useless unsurance.

My debit order of my home,car,content insurance did not go off , now its not allowed to deposit the installment , its not possible to redo the debit order,my home,car ,content is not insured for this period of which paymend was not received, but a double debit order are done next month just to spite me ! Why send an sms and tell me youre debit order did not go through , please calk this number , but no assistance is given !, the past 5 years was hell where ive not been assisted properly with different obstacles.its just not fair paying for such service .
