USELESS STANDARD BANK
My first claim in 6 years, and Standard bank once again did not disappoint. Their service is pathetic, as always. I logged a claim for my swimming pool pump. The first supplier that they appointed was useless and arrogant. The second supplier accessed the pool pump, but one does not get hold of them at all. I have not had any feedback regarding next steps. Standard bank is such a useless FNSP (Financial Non Service Provider)!!
