Useless standard bank

My rate is less than the star, no body works in the standard bank insurance department, old mutual and I have been trying to get hold of the department for a week!!!!!!!! Standard is getting worse then Absa. Ul be transfered to different department n be on hold for an hour at a time! But when it's time to ****en deduct they number 1!!!!! Unfortunately I did not get reference , as I'm typing this I'm actually still on hold!!
