Useless Service provider

We lodged a claim for our damaged sliding door on Wednesday the 21st. Your consultant Tshepiso told my father to find someone who is accredited by standard bank to assess the damage (I dont know in which world does this happen). Then on the very same day you promised to send someone on thursday morning to assess the damage. It is now friday and none of that happened. Are we supposed to spend the Christmas weekend without a door in such a crime infested country? what about the rain? are we supposed to spend the entire weekend mopping the rain because you have failed to do your job?
