Useless service from Standard bank flexi funeral plan.

Standard Bank flexi funeral plan is complete nonsense, you have to fight for you claim and still you do not get any feedback, they say it will only be 48 hours now it has already been more than 2 weeks. Every day i have to phone them on my own airtime and every day i get the same useless excuse. I would not recommend Standard Bank to anyone one if you like getting things done. Standard Bank flexi funeral plan is faste to send you an sms when you skipped a payment and they want their money but if you want to claim they are useless.
