Useless service from Credit Card Protection Standard Bank
I have been trying to get in touch with their Credit Card Protection insurance and there is no way to get hold of them!
This completely ridiculous. You phone in and someone says they will take your details so that a consultant will call you back but nothing. Other times, you just wait and nothing happens on the phone.
CAN SOMEONE ACTUALLY CONTACT ME?
