I have been requesting a re-assessment of my property for the past 2 weeks since I had a solar system installed that needs to be insured

The worst is it seems they have been contacting my EX who has been de-registered from the bond account since 2009 already.
what the hell is happening with regards to the POPI act, you have to confirm your contact details every time you call - but they still communicate with a email address I do not know and have not confirmed.

just called Standard Bank, guess what I still have to wait 48 hours before they will TRY to call

AFTER STRUGGELING WITH STANDARD BANK FOR ALMOST A MONTH TO CONTACT ME TO RE-EVALUATE MY PROPERTY THEY WERE VERY APPOLOGETIC WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY PITCHED UP.
TODAY I RECEIVED MY SO CALLED UPDATED POLICY AND YES YOU GUESTED RIGHT, IT'S STILL A ****UP.
THE POLICY IS AGAIN ISSUED IN MY EX'S NAME AND OPENS WITH HIS ID NUMBER, THIS ATER THEY CONFIRMED ALL MY DETAILS HAVE BEEN UPDATED
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK PEOPLE.
