Useless service

Called numerous times!!! , been banking with standard bank for 20+ years now , decided to take life cover , now due to unforseen circumstances I can't afford it , placed on hold just cos they heard I want to cancel , stayed on hold for 20minutes at a time and no one got back to me, so frustrated at this point!!!!
