Useless service

Useless!!!! I got a bond and DECLINED the standard bank insurance but Standard Bank decided that they will still add it. I have been in contact for weeks now to cancel this and gave them all of my Santam documentation but they keep coming back with other reasons why they cant cancel the insurance. They have all the correct info now and then just closed the case and asked me to submit it again.

I worked with Slaffa Phumla. What a useless consultant. You ask them to contact you because they do not have a number on their email and they dont even call you. You are lucky if you get 1 response per day.

This insurance better be cancelled and you better make sure that i get a full refund.
