Useless SB service providers !!!

Had a geyser burst and Standard Bank appointed an absolutely useless service provider, Dave Miller Plumbing to the do the work, useless and to make matters worse the geyser failed within 2 weeks and Dave Miller Plumbing refused to even look at the problem referring me as the end user to the geyser manufacturer to deal with getting them out to look at the issue. 5 days still no response from SB or DMP , useless , had to get another plumber in to chance a small part that had failed, useless, useless , useless people.
