Useless insurance company and ****s

The worst insurance company after being paid out they still debit from my account when I call for a Reversal they saying that they waiting for this and that clearly shows this is not a company that has a system and proves to me that I can find a better bank to bank with and my previous insurance company was better than Standard Bank
