USELESS INSURANCE COMPANY

*****!!! Empty promises!!!!

I complained for several times about Standard bank poor service. I have a claim which is still not finilised since 07March2018. And standard bank told me that they forwarded my complaint to relevant department, they called me to discuss a claim, and they said they will phone me back to finalise the claim, until now they never phoned me. I sent them an email asking how long must I wait, and i never got any response. These people are *****, when you complain they are quick to send response promising to at ten to your complaint, but after that no action. My car is still not repared after an accident, it's more than a month now I'm waiting.
