Useless insurance

Again standard bank insurance is the worst In terms of service delivery. I put in a claim HLB/2025/399179 over two weeks ago and still today they do not want to assist me. Now I am being told to wait for the claims handler to come back to office to be assisted which I don't know how long it will take. Claiming is a struggle with standard bank but they are quick to debit every month without fail. I regret taking my insurance with them they always fail, can't believe I spent so much airtime to call them without getting any help.
