Useless

Still awaiting feedback, I submitted this review a while back as it seem impossible to get any feedback from Standardbank insurance, week after week I keep sending mails to follow up but it seem no one is monitoring the mail box as I rarely get any feedback.

"We recently installed a solar/back up system at home I've since sent several mails to Standard bank, to update my policy to cover the system in oir insurance policy.

Sent a mail on 23 Dec 2022 and a follow up every week since, the matter was escalated by management but still no response/feedback"
