Useless customer service Standard Bank Insurance

I have had a funeral policy with Standard Bank insurance since 2011. I have been trying to get a response from them as to why my premiums have increased every year but not the benefits. I even tried getting a response from Liberty who are the underwriters but all I get is incorrect response or dropped calls from their call centres or no response at all. It took nearly 2 years to get them to link the policy to the banking app. When I phone the landline in the policy it says it no longer exists. If your call centre cannot assist with all queries what’s the use of having it at all.
