USELESS BUNCH OF ******* DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ***S

BUNCH OF *******, my pensioner father has taken out a contents policy with these ******* and now that his fridge was damaged to to a power surge they refuse to pay! He is covered for all risks and there are no exclusions in this regard, they sent out their assessor who sent through a voice note telling then to sleep easy as they will replace the fridge now to be given the run around with all contents of the fridge be unfit for consumtion, I can't understand why for such a straight forward claim they are given such a run around this isn't a maintainance contract this is insurance to cover for all risk due to unforseen circumstances, yet these ******* decide to take your money and not sort out claims when required even after the assessor says they will! Why send an assessor out if you don't value his input, now canceling both my vehicle and my cover as this is utter bull**** cause if I'm in an accident and my car is written off url ask me to repair it? Go get *****ed useless idiotic company even changing my business banking and personal banking with you.
