Useless and poor service

<p>I have had a claim with standardbank insurance from November last year.It is still not complete and I am waiting for the built in cupboard to be replaced.Like usual have phoned standardbank but no one provides feedback from there **** and useless department.</p> <p>I also have had my roof in my pasage repaired 3 times for leaking which has costed me R750 each time.The roof is still leaking and after complaining no response.</p> <p>I have never had such **** service before and would not recomend anyone to take out insurance with standardbank.</p>
