Useless

I called into ********** 444 and spoke with Monica Dlamini. Firstly, she struggled to understand simple words I was using... and i needed to repeat myself 3 times. I need someone who is able to speak english, understand it, and type it... We have an urgent claim which needs to be put through and cannot waste anymore time. This is not the first time I have had issues with SBHLI. Trust my issue will be resolved by close of business today.
