USE REALIABLE ASESSES NEXT TIME TO DO PULMBING

I contacted STD bank home loan Insurance a week ago regarding a drain blockage. Which I thought it was, the guys came an assessed and found there might a burst pipe under the concrete of the house that is making my COJ meter run fast. On Sat ref no 23/015186 I spoke to Whitney Thomas who informed me a plumping company will come at 9H00 on Monday 13.02.2023. This was supposed to be the leak detectors. They came only at 13h00 without the leak detector equipment and promised to come the next day. This is Starplex Plumping and Electrical company based in Pretoria. They guy that had to come the Wed was off sick and they promised me between Std bank and the plumbing company someone will come out the Wed. To date know one came and suddenly this day 23.02.2023 the plumbing company cancelled the job spec because I called them. They have not done what was asked so how to they send they plumbers on a new spec while they did not complete the Prev job. is this the kind off people Standard bank deal with? Today 23.02.2023 I phoned you again and you telling me you will get another leak detector. But 1st problem between the block water is still not resolved and a leak detector is only going to detect one thing and leave the initial problem that I CALLED you for as well. I need an urgent respond today and competent assesses today and need to know why the company pulled away. ref no 23/015620. The mere fact that this company started the job on Monday the job spec was not done, but the accesses are now appointed for other jobs.
