Use plumbing contractors who are chancres with no experience

<p>I reported my geyser burst in January , they sent somebody who came and told me the geyser needs to be replaced and i will have to pay access .</p> <p>I paid access the guy replaced the geyser , then another contractor came to check if the job was done correctly and confirmed it wasnt done correctly , i notified Standard Bank and i also believe the 2nd plumber also notified them but still nothing was done .</p> <p>Now in April , the new geyser in not working because of the element, i reported AGAIN they promised to send someone ....till TODAY nothing is happening . Yesterday i called the after hours call centre and the angent took my details saying she was going to speak to the Team Leader , if my phone cuts she will call back , till NOW Nothing AGAIN</p> <p> </p> <p>I PAY MY PREMIUMS EVERY MONTH , I PAID THE EXCESS - I WANT/DEMAND THIS FIXED TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
