Urgent Complaint – No Response From Insurance Department and No Electricity

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the lack of assistance from the insurance department.

I have been trying to contact them since this morning, but nobody answers the calls. I also requested a callback and sent an email, but I have still not received any response.

We are currently without electricity after the main electrical box burned, and the municipality switched the power off due to the fire risk. This matter is urgent and I cannot wait two days for assistance.

Please can you assist in escalating this matter urgently.
