UP TO **** SERVICE STAY AWAY!!!!

Once again the insurance are not willing to pay for my claim, as the contracter that WE needed to find did not take a picture of the damages!! We had a thunder storm, damage was done to my roof and ceiling as well as window, due to branches that braked. Phoning them the next day, they will send a contracter, which by the way, we do have contracters in our town that are on Standard banks panel. To phone you a day later to tell you to please find your own contracter, because there isn't someone on their panel in your area. Starting to restore the damages before the damages get worse, it seems like we need to stop and take a bunch of selfies first to confirm all the damages, and after that we can start damage control. So sick of their stories, they cannot provide a contractor in my area, ask me to get one and if the contractor did not take photos as this is one of their requirements to pay a claim, your claim are rejected. They cannot supply me with a contractor that is full trained with ALL THEIR Requirements, and if you get one to do the job they can excuse themselves from the claim because the requirements was not met!!
