UNSATISFYING OUTCOME OF INSURANCE CLAIM

The eathquake hit us in August 2014. Our claim number is HLB ********** 77. The bank sent a building contractor and after his investigation he noted that the foundation had more than one crack (4 cracks) which resulted in the walls and roof being cracked as well. After him, a building engineer came to investigate the matter. No samples were taken, he did not even investigate the soil or foundation properly. The recommendation that he gave, was not at all satisfactoraly. We complained about his service, but to no avail. We were offered a total of R 24 500 and declined as this amount would not even fix the roof. The ombudsman (Ref no. N144/14J) came and said if I could give proof that the soil is not clay soil, they would investigate further. I have reports of STRATALAB and Metrolab proofing that the soil is not clay but non-active soil. After several attempts trying to sort this out, I got a building contractor and he said the house is an unsafe environment to live in.... I need to talk to a person that can sort this out as we are 2 years down the road. I have all the email correspondence, before and after pictures of the house, but it seems that no one is equiped enough or willing to assist us in THIS SERIOUS MATTER. No human being can live in this environment as it is. I have paid my insurance, but now that the shoe is on the other foot, I get NO results. What must I do to get results in this matter?
