Unsatisfied services

To whom it may concern

We have lodged a claim with standard bank insaurance for weeks now but we have received no joy. They have sent a contractor to access the damages but he couldn't do nothing about it. He assured us that a geo tech engineer would be appointed to us but still nothing. We are seeing signs of damages every day. Our sewers are flowing into to my neighbors yard due to damages. My walls are cracking because my foundations have been compromised. I have sent numerous emails but standard bank does not even respond to me. Need urgent assistance.
