Unsatisfied service

I hava a car insurance with this institution. Lately I was involved in a car accident last year and logged a claim with them. They requested me to send the car to Polokwane NMS panelbeaters in February this year. The panelbeater promised to have done with two weeks. But up until now I am not getting anything promising. Last time when I called my insurance they told me me that the parts should be delivered by the 20th June 2024. Since then I have not heard anything from them and it's taking too long to get my car back.
